RACING RULES

Code of Conduct

We strive to allow everyone to participate in our race events, regardless of their age, skill level, or vehicle set-up. While every effort is made to be as inclusive as possible, we also need to promote fair racing.

Please see below for general guidelines and expected code of conduct. If you have specific questions pertaining to individual class rules, please contact us or refer to our FaceBook Page for updates.

General Code of Conduct

(applies to ALL racers and spectators)
  1. The use of verbal or physical aggression towards any other racer or employee is STRICTLY prohibited. Failure to treat everyone with respect will result in you being asked to leave the premises. We acknowledge healthy competition but will not tolerate threats. We reserve the right to deny future race entry and notify law enforcement, if necessary.

  2. We watch and monitor for unsportsmanlike driving on the track and behavior off the track. Out of control driving, intentional bashing, or intentional destruction of another racer’s vehicle or other property will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave without refund. Repeat offenders will be denied entry for future race events.

  3. This is a family-run business where children of all ages are welcome and encouraged! Please be courteous.

  4. Smoking, vaping, open alcohol containers, and drunk/disorderly behavior inside our premises are NOT ALLOWED.

  5. Pit mats are required. If you do not own or forgot yours, we have them for sale in our hobby shop. We also have one available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis.

  6. Our track is carpet. Thus, shock tower covers and chassis protectors are required for all off-road vehicles. Aggressive tires are not permitted. Acceptable tires include: mini pins, foam street style or slick style rubber.

  7. It is expected that if you race, you also marshal. Please notify a member of our staff/crew if you have a medical or other reason for not being able to serve in this role.

  8. All drivers are to treat the marshals with fairness, understanding and respect. Everyone races and everyone marshals. Yelling at marshals is widely considered poor sportsmanship, as avoiding crashes is ultimately the driver's responsibility. We value safety above all else.

  9. Racing at this facility is intended to be fun and fair. If you have questions or concerns, please notify a member of our staff/crew. We appreciate all feedback and do our best to ensure a lighthearted, welcoming and fun environment!

  10. Please ensure to clean up after yourself. There are large trash bins located throughout the pit areas. Prior to leaving, all personal property is expected to be cleaned up and/or discarded in a trash bin. Chairs should be returned to the top of the pit station as they were when you arrived in order for floors to be cleaned.

  11. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items or for any belongings you leave at your pit station. Leaving cars, tools, food or any other belongings in a pit station is not permitted unless you are also racing the following day.
